What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect usage telemetry (session counts, feature interactions) to improve the product. We do not collect or inspect the contents of your sessions.

How we use it

Your data is used to provide the Inceptop service, send transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders), and improve product quality. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage

Account data is stored on servers in the United States. Session data (disk images, memory snapshots) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and deleted when sessions are terminated. Snapshots are deleted when you delete them or when your account is closed.

Third-party services

We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and AWS for infrastructure. Each provider's privacy policy governs the data they handle on our behalf.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@inceptop.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
