Acceptance

By creating an Inceptop account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Inceptop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Permitted use

Inceptop is a platform for running AI agents in isolated desktop sessions. You may use Inceptop for lawful purposes consistent with your subscription plan. You may not use Inceptop to facilitate illegal activity, distribute malware, or circumvent security controls on third-party systems.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, the account reverts to a free tier with limited functionality unless a paid plan is activated.

Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. Uptime SLAs for Enterprise plans are defined in the applicable order form.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Inceptop's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
